This report on the Caribbean subregion (Antigua and Barbuda, the Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago) identifies several barriers to womenâs advancement in business and management, as well as recommendations on how to overcome these barriers. Insights from the Caribbean can provide new solutions to help women advance as employees, business leaders, and entrepreneurs.
